Logging Communication in Client Files – Splose Overview
Splose makes it easy to keep all client communication organised, secure, and in one place. This guide outlines how to send emails, log phone calls, manage SMS correspondence, and ensure contact details stay up-to-date — all from within the client file.
📧 Sending Emails via Splose
You can email clients directly from their file in Splose.
Always double-check the auto-filled email address before sending.
You can:
Search for existing linked contacts, or
Manually enter a new email address.

📥 Email Replies
Client email replies go directly to your Gmail inbox.
To maintain a complete record in Splose:
Open the client’s file.
Click Log Communication.
Paste in the reply email and any relevant notes.
📞 Logging Phone Calls
Use Log Communication to document phone conversations.
Include key details like date, who was involved, and the nature of the call.
💬 SMS Communication
SMS messages sent through Splose are automatically logged.
You can view both sent and received messages in the Communication tab within the client file.
