In this section we will go through the systems you will be using. You will receive logins on your first day.

AHA ASSIST

  • Google Workspace is Communication and Resource System. You can access emails, chat and Gdrive resource folders.

  • You will have a shared email account; vicstudents@australianhealthcarealiance.com

    Any correspondance you have with a client from your email account needs to be logged into Splose. (see splose training guide)

  • Clinical resource folders are shared within the Gdrive. You will be able to access resources and templates and create resources within Gdrive.

  • Google chat is located lefthand side of your Gmail page.

    It is a great communication tool to reach out to the whole team or directly to someone within the team for any quick questions and support without having to send an email.

    You will be added to the team chat on the vicstudents email and can create direct chats as you need.

  • Comprehensive training guides are provided below. You will also receive training and guidance from your clinical educator on how to navigate your Google Workspace.
    You can contact your Clinical Educator Harshini or reach out to AHA Assist for support.

  • Splose is our Client Management System.
    All appointments, client files, and calendars are located within Splose.

  • Your Splose login will be provided on your first day and you will us this system daily throughout your clinical placement.

  • Training guides are provided below - please scroll through these instructions. You will also receive training and guidance from your Clinical Educator on how to operate Splose.
